After months of working from home and meeting remotely through Zoom, our Morton Vardeman & Carlson family will be together in-person when our office reopens on July 6.

As we reopen, we will follow stringent social distancing plans and safety guidelines provided by the CDC.

We have installed plexiglass in our reception area and other high traffic desk areas and have purchased a contactless infrared temperature reader to check outside visitors and others entering our office. We encourage our team members to wear protective masks, to wash their hands frequently and use hand sanitizers throughout the day. We are limiting the number of people for meetings in our conference room to four and will observe the 6-foot rule. Common area surfaces will be wiped down twice daily.

We are excited to be back together but we know the threat of COVID-19 is far from over. We must continue to work as a community to stop the virus, and we are committed to doing our part.

At MVC, we will continue to monitor public health conditions locally and statewide for any spikes or upward trends in COVID cases. Therefore, our office opening will remain fluid subject to changing conditions in the pandemic crisis to ensure that everyone – including our staff and clients – remain as safe as possible.
